This weekend, I had the great fortune to see a good friend of mine start a new life with her husband, a wonderful man who’s been known to leave comments here on Little Scarlet! It was a beautiful wedding, with dancing, drinking, general merriment, and (naturally) amazing food!

Okay, I voted for the prosciutto & melon, but it was a toss-up between that and the scallops with bacon. I love my salty meats!
ReplyDeleteI voted for crab cakes, but the best hors d’œuvre I have ever had was a mini roasted potato stuffed with gorgonzola and topped with caramelized onions. Oh my!

ReplyDeleteI vote for crab cakes but one of the favorites I make is my pecorino cheese pudding with sauteed garlic served on toasted baguettes.
